This month’s theme

This month’s issue is about love with friends, family, and couples.

No matter what our abilities and diagnoses, we can be in love and have compassion, kindness and care – this is
highlighted in one of this month’s articles from Australia about dating with Down syndrome.
Whether we are single or not, we can still have love and compassion worldwide with family and friends.
This month also includes an article on Pink Shirt Day and mental health.
Hopefully everyone is staying warm this cold season.
It isn’t long until spring and the warmer weather. Why not tell us what you are looking forward to
this spring? Send us an e-mail or a letter and we will try to include it in our next issue!
