Calling for Stories from Self-Advocates!
The CLBC Editorial Board is looking for stories from self-advocates for the upcoming summer edition of the Celebrate Diverse Abilities magazine.
The theme for next publication is Pride in My Identity.
We are looking for 250 word stories about how you self-identify and what makes you proud to be you.
Whether you identify as being a parent, or a person who is transgender, or someone with Indigenous ancestry, or someone with a diverse ability, we invite you to submit your story.
Story submissions will be accepted until June 4th. Selected authors will be paid $100 for their story and photo to be published in the CLBC Celebrate Diverse Abilities magazine.
