Happy New Year. I hope you had a wonderful holiday with your friends and family.
I am writing today to inform you that Doug Woollard, VP Regional Operations, will be retiring at the end of February.
I want to convey my deep gratitude to Doug. He has been with CLBC since the very beginning and has served with distinction through several challenging years as acting CEO. I have truly appreciated working side-by-side with Doug since I arrived. He has been a tremendous support to me and he will be missed.
I hope you will join me in thanking Doug for all he has done. I am excited for him as he enters this next phase of his life. Although it will be hard to replace someone as knowledgeable and dedicated as Doug, I will be working quickly to post this position to ensure continuity is maintained for our organization.
