CBC story on the benefits of hiring disabled employees

Last night, CBC’s The National aired a feature story on the economic benefits of hiring employees with disabilities. The segment featured Mark Wafer and Clint Sparling, of Tim Hortons. Mark and Clint presented a powerful keynote at the 2012 CACL-PFC Annual Federal Policy Forum on Inclusion where they shared their stories and perspectives—as employer and employee—about their work together that began in the 1990s.  The segment also features Rich Donovan, whose work on ‘return on disability’  is turning heads in board rooms and HR departments around the world.
