This month we are celebrating music, especially country music, and what it means in our lives. Youll find interviews with a few country music singers
and articles about music history and how it has been used in therapy.

Listening to music is fun, exciting and can lessen stress. There are different kinds of music such as pop music, country music, popcountry music, rock music and meditation music. Why not try different kinds of music and see what music you like listening too and what makes you feel happy and less stressed? Western music can often be found at stampedes and with stampedes comes western wear.

We found a young man named Wyatt who owns a business for western wear. We think youll enjoy reading about his success story. March also brings St. Patricks Day. Well help you celebrate with a great recipe for a homemade shamrock shake.

Why not put on something green and at the same time, you can celebrate the coming of spring? Tell us how you like to celebrate in March.

Wed love to share your ideas and stories.
