Hi, my name is Hannah Toman and I am an artist! I love to draw and paint. My favorite styles of drawing are O.C. (original character) as well as anime, which is Japanese animation. Sometimes I paint on canvas and other times I just draw in my sketch book. Art is my passion, I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. Even as a young child, I have always loved art. I draw when I’m happy, I draw when I’m sad and everything in between. I attend an art class once a week at the Bridge Art Studio in Langley.
The staff there have taught me many different styles and techniques.
I’ve recently been learning about mixing and combining different colors to create unique shades on my canvas.
I am very proud of the fact that I have sold 3 of my own unique art pieces. I used to be quite shy about my artwork and embarrassed to share it, but as I improve my skills, I feel more confident about my creations. I really enjoy the positive feedback I get from my artwork.
Some of my favorite things to draw are wolves, foxes, eagles, butterflies and fairies. There are two different pieces I am currently working on. One is a “magical girl” and the other is a wolf. Once I am finished, I am hoping to sell them in the next art show.
