This year is the 25th anniversary of the Office of the Advocate for Service Quality (OASQ).
We’ve refreshed our materials to explain who we are and how we focus on improving the quality of service for adults and transitioning youth who have a developmental disability (including Autism and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders) and their families.
Check out the introductory video on our new webpage and our new rack card with plain language information about the OASQ.
We want you to know that we are here to listen; we are here to solve problems together; we are here to help.
Please contact the Program Advisor, Peter Do, at Peter.Do@gov.bc.ca to let him know how many physical rack cards you’d like sent to your local office.
Over the past 18 months I have visited many BC communities and CLBC teams. If you’d like me to attend a team meeting I’d love to hear from you!
I will be sending these new materials to other key partners but please also share with your teams and networks. Thanks!
