In this month’s newsletter, we are focusing on goal setting and dreaming big. Whether it is being a singer and songwriter or owning a business and making dreams come true, it is important to set goals for your life and achieve your life’s purpose. Without setting goals, you do not achieve your dreams and desires or wishes in life.
It is so important to set goals because you only have one life and setting goals lets us achieve our desires and get the most benefit out of life.
We also want to take the time to acknowledge International Overdose Aware-ness Day. One of the goals of the KSA is to reduce stigma and there is still a lot of stigma around drug overdose. This can happen to anyone and it affects the person and their family. It is important to take time to learn about this problem.
Chances are, you know someone who has been impacted by overdose.
As this hot and smoky summer continues, we want to encourage everyone to remember to show kindness and compassion. We all need to take time to look after ourselves and others. It makes us all feel happier and safer during these stressful times.
We always love to hear your thoughts and stories. Please feel free to give us your feedback and thoughts about the newsletter.
